Box Breathing - 4 seconds each.
In for four. Hold four. Out for four. Hold four more.
Repeat.
This technique really helped me out today. Was starting to get a stress headache and had to take 15 to let ir flow out of me. Please try this. It's easy, it helps. = )
I shall try this out next time I'm having a meltdown. I'm sure it won't be too long before that happens.
