Relax. Breathe.

Need to Relax?



Box Breathing - 4 seconds each.
In for four. Hold four. Out for four. Hold four more.
Repeat.

This technique really helped me out today. Was starting to get a stress headache and had to take 15 to let ir flow out of me. Please try this. It's easy, it helps.    = )
